Makayla

Dear Journal,
Despite what others think of my act of disobedience, my family as well as peers are a bit shocked that I would protest and speak my mind on if the war should come to an end. I am a very quiet person, but when I get upset and found out that my fellow school peers were killed because of war issues, I just think that's wrong. I am going to do whatever it takes to put an end to this war and violence. Everyone has a different side of themselves, and this is my anger side; showing the nation, my family and my peers how I felt.
I am very motivated to protest against these issues with the American Invasion on Cambodia, and to prevent in some way to not allow the Vietnam War to happen. I have a very strong sense of self determination, and I believe that if this could come to an end. I am not the only person in this that is determined, several students in the Universities feel the same way.
By committing the act of disobedience I believe that we all got our point across to the nation that this is wrong. To continue the war and then for someone to go ahead and kill four people at a University, I think what we did was right to protest to making an end to the Vietnam War.
